▼ ZION Trend-Lock — How to Use
What It Does
Multi-timeframe alignment diagramTrend-Lock reads three timeframes simultaneously — 5-minute, 65-minute, and Daily — and produces a single structural verdict. It tells you whether all three are aligned in the same direction before you commit to a trade.
Six Ichimoku components per timeframeEach frame checks Tenkan/Kijun cross, cloud position, Chikou relationship, VWAP slope, RSI level, and Bollinger position. A PRIME signal requires the majority of these aligned.
How to Run It
1 — Enter a tickerType any US equity symbol in the input box and press Enter or click the Trend-Lock button. The scan fetches live Tradier data across all three timeframes.
2 — Read the lock statusThe top card shows PRIME ▲, PRIME ▼, or NEUTRAL. PRIME ▲ means all three timeframes are structurally aligned bullish — this is a tradeable signal. Anything less means wait or skip.
3 — Check Key LevelsThe Key Levels card shows your structural stop (Kijun), cloud edges, VWAP, and now 52W high/low and 200 SMA. Know where you're entering relative to all of them before sizing in.
4 — Read the TakeawayThe structural takeaway card summarizes what the chart is saying in plain English — bullish, bearish, or indecisive — with specific structural reasons.
When NOT to Use It
Before 10amFuckery hour produces false readings. The 5m timeframe is dominated by stop hunts and mechanical noise. A PRIME signal at 9:38am is not the same as one at 10:45am.
During lunch chop (12pm–1:30pm)Low volume produces flat, unreliable 5m signals. Run TrendLock before lunch and again after 1:30pm when Smart Money Returns.
After 3:15pmNo new entries. Even a perfect PRIME signal at 3:20pm doesn't give you enough time to develop a thesis before MOC flow takes over.
The Logical Flow
TrendLock confirms structure → Scalp Scan finds entryRun TrendLock first. If PRIME ▲ is confirmed, use Scalp Scan to find the precise intraday entry setup — VWAP bounce, MBB rejection, or momentum continuation. TrendLock is the "should I be long?" answer. Scalp Scan is the "where do I enter?" answer.
⚡ ZION Rule
Never enter a trade without a PRIME signal on the 65m. The 5m and Daily provide context — the 65m is the structural authority. If the 65m isn't PRIME, the trade doesn't exist yet. Wait.
